Process Control Kft. is a private engineering company founded in 1990 in Hungary. Its main activity is developing and manufacturing industrial flow computers. All products are developed and manufactured by the company's own engineering team and are designed for long-term industrial operation.
What is the UNIFLOW-200?
The UNIFLOW-200 MFC (Multifunctional Flow Computer) is the company's flagship product and one of the most flexible flow computers available. It measures up to 8 fluid flows in closed conduits simultaneously, has 4 additional station totalizations, calculates the physical properties of more than 30 fluids (gases, liquids and steam), and keeps hourly metering data archives for 400 days.
Which fluids and flow meters does UNIFLOW-200 support?
UNIFLOW-200 measures natural gas, all types of industrial gases, crude oil and refined products, water and steam, and works with a wide range of flow meters. Natural gas properties are calculated according to AGA8, AGA NX19, GOST 30319, ISO 6976, AGA5 and GPA 2172.
Is UNIFLOW-200 suitable for custody transfer and fiscal measurement?
Yes. UNIFLOW-200 was originally designed for hydrocarbon gas and liquid flow measurement, and its standard features make it suitable for fiscal measurement and custody transfer. It is also used as a cost-effective flow computer for process applications, and redundant metering systems can be built with it at moderate cost.
What warranty and support come with the products?
Every product comes with 3 years full warranty and personal customer support with direct access to the company's engineers. Beyond the warranty period the company provides start-up, maintenance and repair services for all instruments it manufactured, regardless of age.
Can you calibrate our flow computers?
Yes. The company's Calibration Laboratory, established in 2001, is compliant with the requirements of EN ISO/IEC 17025. It calibrates flow computers and mA/mA, Ohm/mA, mV/mA and Hz/mA converters, provides a standard calibration report, and one-day calibration is possible if agreed in advance.
